Shipping Policy – Elite Wrist

At Elite Wrist, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping terms below:

Delivery Time

  • We deliver across Pakistan via Leopards Courier, Trax, TCS and many other couriers

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders placed via Bank Transfer will only be processed after payment is received.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is free all over Pakistan.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally.

  • Charges: PKR 3,500 for up to 1kg; PKR 1000 for each additional kg.

  • Delivery time varies based on the destination and customs process.

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or call to confirm your order prior to shipping.

Order Changes

  • Order modifications can be made within 8 hours of placement.

  • After this period, changes may not be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Damaged Items in Transit

  • If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We offer a 10% discount as compensation on verified cases of transit damage.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable after two delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.


Order Cancellation Policy – Elite Wrist

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work at Elite Wrist:

Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Prepaid/Online Orders

  • Orders placed via online payments (card or bank transfer) can be canceled within the 6-hour window.

  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from refunds made through online payment methods.

Already Shipped?

  • If your order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • You may refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for eligible return cases after delivery.

Order Cancellation by Elite Wrist

Elite Wrist reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to the following reasons:

  • Inventory or stock availability issues

  • Product quality concerns

  • Pricing discrepancies

  • Card payment failure or decline

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be processed where applicable.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please email us at Info@elitewrist.co or message on WhatsApp at 0312 8811211 with your Order Number and reason for cancellation. We’ll respond with the status of your request within 24 hours.
