Returns and Exchange Policy For Elite Wrist Business

At Elite Wrist, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In case of any defects or technical issues, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your product. However, please note that returns are subject to Elite Wrist’s Return Merchandise Authorization.

Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some Elitewrist.co items may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned products or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.

Products are eligible for Return and Exchange if:

  • They are returned within 14 Days of receiving.
  • Are in new condition.
  • Are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
  • Product includes all packing material, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
  • Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.
  • Please note that:
    • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • EliteWrist.co is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    • Please note that in the event of a refund, a transaction fee of 5% will be deducted for purchases made through online payment methods or the point-of-sale system.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Bands, Straps, and bracelets.
  • Battery.
  • Glass.
  • Exposed crystals and other embellishments.
  • Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.

Exchange or refund will NOT be applicable if:

  • You have changed your mind and decided you don’t want the goods.
  • You find cheaper goods elsewhere.
  • The person you gifted it to does not like it or want it.
  • Find out the watch is too small or large.
  • Discounts and promotions are not applicable on Exchange items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, along with the original packaging. A restocking fee may be applicable in certain circumstances.

Please note that Elite Wrist reserves the right to refuse any return if there are signs of wear, missing parts, damage to the watch or packaging, or any other discrepancies. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please reach out to us, and we will make it right.
