Elite Wrist deals only in authentic and genuine branded watches. Every watch that gets sold on our website, whether it is brand new or like new, can be traced back to the original manufacturer of the brand.

Since we do not follow the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP) guide, we are not authorized to provide a manufacturer’s warranty. However, we offer a 2-year Elite Wrist warranty and free cash on delivery with all your purchases. In addition, you can get your product exchanged or refunded within 14 days if you find a defect.

We get our brand-new watches from the brand’s outsourced manufacturers or authorized dealers. Since they don’t come with an international brand warranty, we are able to snag them up at much lower prices. Additionally, we sometimes get our hands on promotional watches that come without packaging. We obtain them at steep discounts and sell them as like new. We pass on the savings to our customers.

Elite Wrist is an online-only retailer. This allows us to keep our costs low and offer our customers the most competitive pricing possible. Normal delivery time will be 2-5 working days. Within faisalabad can be delivered on same day.
Urgent delivery can also be arranged on your request, which will take 1-2 days to deliver all over Pakistan. We will require full payment in advance for this facility.

For customers who require expedited delivery anywhere in Pakistan, we offer an urgent delivery option. Simply inform us during or after checkout and we’ll ensure your order is prioritized. Our urgent delivery service typically takes 1-2 days to deliver nationwide, but please note that delivery times may be subject to unforeseen courier delays.

At Elite Wrist, we understand that defects or technical issues can occur with products. If you encounter any such problem, you can exchange or return your product within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that refunds and exchanges are not applicable for change of mind. All returns are subject to our Return Merchandise Authorization policy. In case of a return, your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Please note that certain items on Elite Wrist may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned products or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.

For the product to be eligible for return, the watch must be in good condition, and all packing materials, manuals, and accessories (if any) must be included. Please ship the product back to us via insured ground service with a tracking number (TCS, LCS, MNP, or Pakistan Post). Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

At Elite Wrist, we reserve the right to deny any return if the following conditions exist: Any symptoms of wear or deterioration or if the item is missing parts.

We currently only ship within Pakistan, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
